Terms and Conditions
We offer 30 days return policy from the day you receive your order under following conditions: Refunds and exchanges may only be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
10% restocking fee will be charged for a refund or an exchange. Restocking fee will not be charged for defective or damaged merchandise. Misused or abused merchandise will not be accounted as defective.
Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Get Ultimate Now before returning any merchandise. Note that we will not accept any merchandise sent without a RMA number.
All returns must be brand new, factory sealed, unused, untouched and in original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted. Any missing items will be subject to a replacement charge.
Returns must be received within 8-10 days of the RMA's issuance.
Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please be sure that return shipments are properly packed and fully insured. Get Ultimate Now is not responsible for returned packages if lost by carrier.
Please note that RMA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/ returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer’s carton. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items. Packages refused on delivery will be issued refund (excluding initial shipping & handling charges and 10% restocking fees)
• All returns must be packed in an outer shipping carton with valid RMA # written on the outside of the shipping carton.
• Our Returns Department will refuse any package that does not have a valid RMA#
• Please include your payment receipt and your Get Ultimate Now id.
• Buying party is responsible for return shipping.
Manufacturer's warranties are processed by the manufacturer. For warranty questions, inquiries, or repairs, please contact the manufacturer.
All defective merchandise may be returned back to us only within the 15 days of receipt.
10% restocking fee will also be charged for any order that is refused on delivery or returned back for any reason except if defective.
This policy may be modified or changed without any further notice.
